    ΔOur estimate of your download speed is a guideline of what you're likely to experience using our broadband service. Your actual speed may vary due to other factors, such as your home environment, the weather or network capacity.

    0845 & 0870 calls are also inclusive up to 70 minutes during the same inclusive periods as your call package. Excludes indirect access numbers and dial-up internet access. Fair use policy applies – maximum 1,000 minutes or 150 calls a month. If either of these limits is exceeded we will charge for these calls at the equivalent rate for non-inclusive periods. Calls to personal numbers beginning 070 are excluded from call packages. For more information about our call charges, see our Products and Prices Information.

    ººInclusive local and national calls are those to numbers beginning 01, 02 and 03 for a maximum duration of 70 minutes. Redial before 70 minutes to avoid additional charges. Daytime calls mean from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday; Evening calls before 7am and after 7pm Monday to Friday; Weekend calls midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.     Our internet security suite includes antivirus, firewall and parental controls to restrict internet access to minors. Customers have to pro-actively download the application to benefit from these features. Subscription can be cancelled any time by contacting our customer service line. After the 18 month initial term, the subscription price is £2 per month.

    Upfront costs: If you don't have a phone line you will need to pay a 'New line provision' charge of £60. If you need an 'LLU line conversion' to take our service there will be a charge of £36.91. Please see our definitive prices section above for more details.
