Download the iplan software

Our iplan software lets your computer talk to your Onzo display. Putting it on your computer means that you can plug in the Onzo display and send us the information stored on it. It’ll also make sure that your display has the most up to date prices.

Follow these steps to download and install your iplan software:

1. Log in to your iplan account
2. Click on the ‘YOUR ACCOUNTS' tab and select 'ELECTRICITY'.
3. Click the ‘GET SOFTWARE’ link and follow the instructions on screen.

Once installed, the iplan icon should show on your computer desktop. If you don’t see the icon, phone our iplan support helpline and we’ll be happy to help.
 

Syncing your Onzo display to your PC

When your computer and Onzo display talk to each other it’s called syncing. The information from your Onzo display is sent to your computer, which then sends it to your online account through the internet. It’s this that lets you track your energy use online.

To start syncing, all you need to do is:

1. Connect your Onzo display to your PC using the USB cable that came with your Smart Energy Kit
2. Click ‘START UPLOAD’ on the Uploader screen. Your Onzo display will begin moving information about your energy usage to your online account
3. Log in to your iplan account

Whenever you’re sending energy information from your Onzo display to your computer, we’ll ask you to choose your electricity account.

 4.   When prompted, click ‘CONFIRM’ next to your electricity account

Doing this regularly will make sure that the information on your iplan account is up to date and personal to you.
