- Do not use any gas appliances that you think are not working properly.
- Make sure that ventilation bricks or grilles or outside flues are never covered or blocked.
- Make sure you have your gas appliances serviced at least once a year by a CORGI registered engineer.
- If you suspect a gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency Number immediately on 0800 111 999. (Do not phone from a mobile phone).
- Please do not send us an email or use the 'Contact us page' on this site to report a gas leak.
- Fit a carbon monoxide detector. Use this as a guide. Do not rely on it completely.
