If we estimate your bill, we let you know by printing an 'E' next to the meter reading. Check the reading on your meter against the present reading on your bill. If there is a big difference we will amend it for you.

Have we estimated previous bills?

If we haven't read your meter and previous bills are based on estimated readings, past estimates may have given a false impression about the amount of energy used. When an actual reading is taken a 'catch up' bill results. Check your previous bills to see if this has happened to you.
