Upgrading to a renewable heating system is a big commitment. That's why Scottish Hydro offers a complete service from design through to installation and commissioning.
We start with a free desktop survey and quote. If you'd then like us to go ahead and and come out to do a survey of the property, we'll arrange a convenient appointment for us to accurately measure every room and radiator and make sure your home is energy efficient and properly insulated. We then look closely at how you like to use your energy before weighing up all renewable heating options and recommending an appropriate system. There is a charge of £200 for this detailed design, but if you proceed with the installation then we'll deduct charge from your overall cost.
Once everything's agreed, we deal with planning permission and advise on renewable heating incentives. Only after that's all done will our highly trained technicians complete the installation and show you how to operate your new system effectively. All systems come with a warranty of up to five years and workmanship is guaranteed for up to two years.
£10,000 interest free loan - act now whilst funding lasts!
Thanks to the Scottish Government you can now apply for an interest free loan of up to £10,000 to help with the cost of installing a renewable heating system in your home. Available on a first come first serve basis, the loan can be paid back over a period of up to eight years.
In addition you could be eligible for a £300 to £1,250 grant from the UK government towards your renewable heating project.Δ
